Using Daily Hatch

Daily Hatch is a daily creative prompt app. By creating an account you agree to follow these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 years old to use Daily Hatch.

Your account

You are responsible for everything posted from your account. Keep your password safe. If you believe your account has been used without your permission, contact omaraly@hatchmediaapp.com immediately.

Acceptable content

You agree NOT to post:

• content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, or sexually explicit
• content that depicts or sexualizes minors
• content that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark
• spam, scams, impersonation, or coordinated harmful activity
• personal information about other people without consent

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. We may remove any post and suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion.

Reporting and blocking

You can report any post or comment with the three-dot menu, and you can block any user at any time. Reports are reviewed by Daily Hatch moderators and acted on within 24 hours. Blocking a user removes their posts and comments from your feed and prevents them from interacting with you.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you post. By posting on Daily Hatch you grant Daily Hatch a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the app. This license ends when you delete the post or your account.

DMCA Copyright Policy

Daily Hatch respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content on Daily Hatch infringes your copyright you may submit a written DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. To be valid your notice must include:

• Your full name and contact information
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• Identification of the material on Daily Hatch that you claim is infringing and enough information for us to locate it
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
• Your physical or electronic signature

We will review all valid notices and remove infringing content promptly. Users who repeatedly infringe copyrights will have their accounts terminated.

Counter-notices: If you believe your content was removed in error you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address above. We will review all valid counter-notices and restore content where appropriate.

Brand challenges

Some prompts are sponsored brand challenges. Participation is optional. Sponsored prompts are clearly labeled. Prizes (if any) are awarded by the brand, not by Daily Hatch.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account inside the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Account deletion permanently removes your data; see the Privacy Policy for details.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Daily Hatch is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daily Hatch and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.
